This Privacy Policy describes how PBEODEV Piotr Ożóg („we”, „us”, or „our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Box Battle mobile game (the „Game”).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Analytics Data (Non-Personal)

We collect anonymous analytics data through Firebase Analytics to improve the Game. This data includes:

  • Device information (device model, operating system version)
  • Game usage statistics (sessions, levels played, time spent)
  • Technical data (crashes, errors, performance metrics)
  • General location data (country/region level only)

Important: This analytics data is completely anonymous and cannot be linked to you personally. We do not collect or store any information that identifies individual users.

2.2 Game Progress and Statistics

Your game progress and statistics are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data.

2.3 Game Center Integration

The Game integrates with Apple’s Game Center for leaderboards. When you use Game Center features, your information is handled according to Apple’s Game Center Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your Game Center information.

2.4 Advertising Data

We display non-personalized advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

  • Device advertising identifier
  • IP address
  • Device information
  • Ad interaction data

Important: We serve only non-personalized ads. This means ads are not targeted based on your personal interests or behavior.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected anonymous data to:

  • Improve game performance and fix bugs
  • Understand how the Game is used to enhance user experience
  • Analyze game statistics and trends
  • Display non-personalized advertisements

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following third-party service providers:

  • Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) – for anonymous analytics
  • Google AdMob (Google LLC) – for non-personalized advertising

5. In-App Purchases

The Game offers in-app purchases, including the option to remove advertisements. All payment transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for information on how your payment data is handled.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The anonymous analytics data we collect cannot be used to identify any individual, including children. Parents can control their child’s device settings to restrict ad tracking through iOS settings.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the anonymous data we collect. However, since we collect only anonymous, non-personal data, there is no risk of personal data breach.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following options:

  • Limit Ad Tracking: You can enable „Limit Ad Tracking” in your iOS device settings
  • Remove Ads: Purchase the ad removal option within the Game
  • Delete Local Data: You can delete the Game from your device to remove all locally stored data

Since we do not collect personal data that can identify you, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete from our systems.

9. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase according to their data retention policies. Game progress and statistics stored on your device remain until you delete the Game.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the „Last updated” date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
